pecial meetings announced for Board of Estimates and City Council

BALTIMORE, MD –The Baltimore City Board of Estimates and City Council will each hold special meetings on Monday, June 15 to accommodate passage of the city’s annual Ordinance of Estimates; Baltimore City Schools’ annual budget request; and to approve the real and personal property tax rates. The announcements of the special meetings were made earlier this week in accordance with the city’s charter.

The City Council will convene in Council Chambers for a special meeting at 3 p.m. on Monday, followed by a 4 p.m. special meeting of the Board of Estimates. The City Council will also conduct its regularly-scheduled meeting at 5 p.m.
