City Council to release findings from investigation into Baltimore’s Speed and Red Light Camera Program

BALTIMORE, MD –City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young will join Councilman James B. Kraft for the release of a detailed report on the findings of a yearlong investigation by the Council’s Judiciary and Legislative Investigations Committee into the city’s troubled speed and red light camera program. The committee interviewed more than a dozen witnesses and reviewed more than 37,000 documents during the course of the investigation. Who: Councilman James B. Kraft, City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young, and additional members of the Baltimore City Council.
