City Council President Nick J. Mosby is building a professional team of fiscal, data and municipal analysts to help deliver policy prescriptions on behalf of Baltimore residents. The analysts will join Council President Mosby and his team as they transform the city’s legislative body in response to the additional responsibilities — including new budgetary authority — granted to the Council by voters in November 2020.

The ideal candidates will perform professional level activities related to the research and analysis of municipal finances, administrative agency operations and pending legislative proposals. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, experienced candidates who want to take on leadership roles in transforming Baltimore’s legislative body and making a difference in our great city.
