Council requests federal investigation into death of police detective

Earlier today, City Council President Bernard C. "Jack" Young, and Public Safety Chairman Brandon M. Scott called for the investigation into the murder of Detective Sean Suiter to be turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
