Council President Young will attend the Board of Estimates Taxpayers’ Night. Taxpayers’ Night allows citizens an opportunity to voice their thoughts and concerns about the Mayor’s proposed Fiscal Year 2014 budget. Members of the Board of Estimates will meet to listen to residents and gather feedback.
